Sian Penlington is the founder of Sing Alive. Sian is a natural voice practitioner working with singing, rhythm, movement and play to promote individual and community well-being. Her friendly and inclusive teaching style keeps everyone engaged and involved so they gain the most from the Sing Alive experience.

As a member of the Natural Voice Practitioners Network Sian believes that everyone has a natural melodic voice and with the support and encouragement of a friendly group this will emerge, quickly creating a beautiful sound using simple rhythms and harmonies.

Sian is also the Musical Director of the Bristol Voices community choir and performs locally with folk/blues duo Tapestry.
